The terms and conditions described below are in respect of the webinars which will be solely organised by BAIF Agro and Bio Technology Pvt Ltd (BABTPL) or jointly in collaboration with affiliate institutions or other external agencies and whose registrations are undertaken through https://webinars.baif.org.in/.
Participants for webinars need to share all the relevant details such as name, email, contact number, etc. to register for the webinar by payment of necessary fees, if any. The details of participants may be shared with affiliate institutions or partner organisations for any further communication. The webinar joining details will be sent through email. The joining link shared by email is meant to be a joining mechanism only to the intended participant and is not to be shared with anyone. Suspension or termination of the access to any of the webinars for any participant will be at the discretion of BABTPL.
Each event has to be registered and paid for individually. It is possible to pay for the services by PayU services. The registration fee for each event will be mentioned in the event description. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
Refund and cancellation policy
You accept that there will be no right to any refund or cancellation under any circumstances. All reasonable efforts will be made to ensure that the Webinar Event take place on the advertised date and time. In the event that the Webinar Event does not take place, an alternative date/time will be scheduled. BABTPL reserves the right to substitute speakers and or where events beyond its reasonable control prevent speakers from appearing.
BABTPL or any co-organisers retain all intellectual property rights on the webinars offered. However, all the information shared by the speakers in the webinar do not necessarily mean endorsement as part of BABTPL unless stated explicitly in writing. Copying, reproduction and distribution of any content part of the webinars without prior written consent from BABTPL is forbidden.
